About us

MS Health is a not-for-profit pharmaceutical company established to deliver vital reproductive health products and medicines.

MS Health

MS Health is a not-for-profit pharmaceutical company dedicated to delivering vital reproductive health products and medicines to Australians. We exist to ensure that women and pregnant people across Australia have access to the medications they need to exercise their reproductive rights.

Surplus income from our pharmaceutical operations is reinvested back into our Australian operations, meaning every purchase supports the broader mission of reproductive healthcare in this country.

Part of something bigger

MS Health is a subsidiary of MSI Australia — the national leader in sexual and reproductive healthcare. MSI Australia operates a network of clinics across the country, delivering more than 38,000 occasions of reproductive healthcare service in 2025, and administers the Choice Fund: the only national safety net for Australians who need abortion care and have been turned away due to Medicare ineligibility, their postcode, or a system that wasn’t built for them.

Together, MS Health and MSI Australia share a single mission: ensuring no woman or pregnant person is denied reproductive healthcare because of what they earn, where they live, or what system first failed them.

Our global mission

MSI Australia and MS Health are proud to be part of MSI Reproductive Choices — a global organisation operating in 37 countries and trusted by millions of women worldwide to provide quality sexual and reproductive healthcare. MSI Reproductive Choices has been delivering contraception, safe abortion, and maternal care for over 30 years, guided by a simple but powerful belief: children by choice, not chance.

MS Health is a subsidiary of the non government agency MSI Reproductive Choices.

We are not-for-profit

Abortion care in Australia is critically underfunded. At MSI Australia, only 13% of the cost of services were contributed to by Medicare in 2025 — and 53% came directly out of clients’ pockets, at one of the most vulnerable moments of their lives.

No woman or pregnant person in Australia should be turned away from reproductive healthcare because of where they live, what they earn, or what system first failed them.

The Choice Fund is the only national safety net for Australians who need abortion care and have been turned away due to Medicare ineligibility, their postcode, or a system that wasn’t built for them. Since 2017, more than 4,000 women and pregnant people have received care through the Choice Fund — care they would not otherwise have been able to access.
